Overview

Frans Bromet, like 3.5 million Dutch people, is trying to lose excess weight. On his daughter's advice, he visits a gym in Purmerend. There he meets the likeable but tough fitness instructor Daniëlle de Boer, who is eager to help him. She tackles her clients in a militant manner. Bromet has his doubts.
