Anita Monteiro

Anita Monteiro (b. 2007) is a Brazilian filmmaker and photographer based in Montreal, Quebec. Their work explores absurd intimacy through surreal, constructed worlds. A Toronto International Film Festival Next Wave alumnus, Anita's films have screened internationally at festivals including Toronto Youth Shorts and Busan International Kids & Youth Film Festival.
