From 2017 to 2018 Black-D'Elia starred as Sabrina on the Fox comedy The Mick. She also starred in the 2015 film Project Almanac and the 2016 film Viral. From 2022-2023, Black-D'Elia played the lead role in the Freeform comedy series Single Drunk Female.
