Naruhisa Arakawa

Naruhisa Arakawa is a Japanese screenwriter, who primarily works on anime and tokusatsu dramas. He also wrote the lyrics to "Detekoi Tobikiri Zenkai Power!", the first ending theme of Dragon Ball Z.
