With a life-changing operation on the horizon for Steven, Mhairi thinks it time to cut ties but he isn't giving up without a fight.

Despite having the biggest build budget of the series, Kirstie has it all to do with this property - as there are some big issues that money just can't change. Meanwhile Phil scours Yorkshire and hits the jackpot with some stunning properties, but will this tip the balance when the time to decide arrives?
