The identity of ‘Luuk’ turns out to actually be Roy van L., about whom an episode was previously made in 2023. Despite this earlier revelation, he has continued his practices under a different name. He has no Chamber of Commerce registration number and uses the names of other contractors. The authorities are doing little to nothing about it because the victims live in other provinces.
