Overview

A Turkish remake of the acclaimed British series Liar. After a first date between literature teacher Deniz and respected surgeon Mehmet Emir, they wake up with starkly different versions of what happened. Deniz claims she was assaulted. Mehmet insists it was consensual. One of them is lying. In just 10 tightly wound episodes, the series explores the desperate pursuit of truth, the weight of accusation and the question of who to believe — praised as one of the most gripping and un-clichéd Turkish dramas of its year.
