Dawid and Tiffany arrive in Oppiekoffie and the news that Dawid is back in Hillside spreads like a wildfire. Paula is waiting for Ryk, but decides to leave when he is late. Ryk finally pitches up, but another girl decides that he is just the man for her. Jan-Hendrik asks Emma to go out to dinner with him. Tim tells Ryno why he had to smuggle the drugs.

Diederik disappears from his own party to say good bye to San-Mari.

Marko is very upset with what he is seeing, and San-Mari tries to explain. But Marko is not interested and San-Mari asks him to leave after a fight almost breaks out between him and Diederik. Alyce and Paula are helping the Flooze get ready for her date with Neef Gert. There is a problem at the Hillside Times and it seems that all the computers are infected with a virus.

There is huge excitement in Oppiekoffie about the karaoke night in the club. Charmaine finds out what happened between Marko and Diederik. The Flooze is very unimpressed by her date with Neef Gert. Isabelle sees Annelie and Dawid kissing. There is chaos at the Hillside Time, and the IT specialist sees something that is not intended for his eyes.

Hilda forces Maria to uninvite Matrone to the Soweto tour. Everybody is gearing up for the karaoke night, even Hilda and Oubaas plans to sing. Isabelle sees Dawid and Tiffany kissing. The karaoke is a huge success and the Flooze grabs the microphone for her turn. Halfway through her song she sees Neeg Gert flirting with another woman and she has trouble controlling herself.

Isabelle tells Ryno how Dawid is upsetting her by his behavior, and Ryno tells her not to get involved. Neef Gert picks up the Flooze for a date, and it's very clear that they are not trying to be metro anymore. Isabelle tries to tell Tiffany that Dawid is double crossing her, but she doesn't want to listen to anything Isabelle has to say.

Dawid dumps Annelie, and her heart is broken. The Hillside Times team find out that money is missing from the newspapers account, and that it was transferred from the internet account with Aggie's password. Maria tells Matrone a lie so she won't come with on the Soweto tour. Isabelle overhears how Annelie tells Charmaine that Dawid dumped her. Emma and Jan-Hendrik go to a concert in the park and later he shocks her with a question.

The Hillside Times team is trying to figure out who could have stolen the money. Aggie remembers something that might help them. Jan-Hendrik sends Emma flowers and Alyce is very excited to hear that the two of them are dating. The Qwa Qwa Express has their first tour to Soweto.

Emma tells San-Mari that she and Jan-Hendrik started dating. Alyce tries to find out from Emma if she is sure that Jan-Hendrik feels the same way about her, because she is obviously in love. Errol hears of the trouble the Hillside Times is in, but is very excited to hear that Neville is on his way back

Felicity hears Isabelle lying to Ryno. Oubaas buys a Kudu from Swannie and starts handing out the meat when Hilda refuses to have the whole carcass in het freezer. Isabelle and Linda are planning a party. Neville is back from the bank with bad news. Felicity confronts Isabelle about her and Dawid, and Isabelle tells her about her plans for him.

Madel, Christelle and Jan-Hendrik are back from the chapel, and Madel is blown away by what happened. She is angry at Emma for humiliating Jan-Hendrik like that. Maria tells Vince that the ticket sales for the wrestling match are doing good, and some of the girls even volunteer to be Vince's entourage.

Helena is disgusted with Isabelle when she tells her what happened with Dawid.

Isabelle is taken away to a clinic after her breakdown. Linda shares her frustrations about the house hunting and Tim with Gita who is very eager to listen. Altus gives Paula the good news that she is financially sound and able to pay off her last debt.

Matrone gets a call from the clinic and tells Charmaine that Isabelle is still under sedation, and can't have any visitors till she is properly rested. Paula invites Altus over for a glass of wine. Gita is inviting everybody in Hillside to her housewarming and asks Linda to help her get the new place ready before then. Something happens that ruins Paula and Altus's date.

Gita sees Linda in the Deli, Gita diverts Linda's attention for a moment and drops a pill into her drink. Linda is in the boutique looking for an outfit but suddenly feels sick. Xander has a suspicion about Neville and Felicity but he tries to put it out of his mind. Tim offers to take Gita home after the function and she invites him for a night cap.

Linda asks Tim about the previous nights function. The more she asks about Gita, the more uncomfortable he gets. San-Mari asks Lukas to help with Clara's photo shoot in the gym. Marko orders him around a lot, but in the end he saves Clara from a falling light, and he is her hero. Neville realises that Xander overheard his telephone conversation.
