In season 2, the events fast forward from 1993 to 2017. Mazen is now a journalist who investigates the smuggling of Yemeni antiquities in the time of war and receives documents from Yassin, an ex-employee at the National Museum in Taizz, which puts Mazen in danger. Conflicts rise between the antiquities smugglers with whom Saad El Khafif is involved and another foreign ring with whom Nabil got mixed up.

Jul 4, 2022Mazen decides to escape from Al Jahmalyah to Aden and from there to Jordan with the help of his friend Yassin, while Saad returns to Al Jahmalyah in the midst of the destruction that befell it. Hanash and Saad leave the police station and are monitored in order to reach the antiquities gang.
