    While Kathy and Olive head to a local homeless shelter to donate food, Don begins the search for the remote control Kathy hides each Thanksgiving. At the shelter, Olive briefly falls in love with a homeless con artist. Meanwhile, her boyfriend Clark is stranded on the side with a ukulele playing conspiracy theorist after their bus driver goes on strike.

As fighting reigns, we momentarily see the family through Vera's eyes: they are all 20 years younger and much sweeter.
