From there, he and a group of other boys are whisked away to Mars where they became support troops for well-armed and armored soldiers.

As the years wear on, he is soon promoted to Cargo Engineer aboard ships tasked with the collection of alien technology. All the while, he learns the lengths his superiors will go to gain access to higher degrees of advanced alien technology.

He describes his encounters with exotic subterranean flora, many of which can be beneficial for our health and wellbeing. Some turned out to be very dangerous, and a few were delicious.
