Jude Lavine’s reign over Lakeview High has come to a crashing finale. The once venerated queen of high school is now an outcast after getting dumped by the football captain. Nikki Singh, the eclectic head of the yearbook department, is more than obsessed with the “picture-perfect” Jude. She befriends Jude with promises of reclaiming her rightful place in the hierarchy. This odd friendship blossoms as Jude is introduced to people and situations she never would’ve considered. With Nikki there to help her along the way, Jude slowly learns that there are more important things in life than popularity.
