Kimimaro Yoga, a normal college student, suddenly finds himself pulled into an alternate dimension called the “Financial District”. In this shadowy realm, people gamble not with money, but with their future possibilities, their potential, hopes, and lives. Each participant has a “Fiat”: a powerful manifestation of their financial power in the form of a servant that can fight battles in the Financial District. The results of these battles influence the real world economy, affecting wealth, unemployment, and societal stability.
