Souma has now moved up a grade and he has finally grasped what he has always hoped for; the first seat at the Totsuki Ten Masters Council. Things are getting back to normal for Soma and his friends, but that doesn't mean there's a break for them. Exams are looming, a suspicious new teacher shows up, and in the meantime, an invitation to a world-class cooking competition known as "BLUE" arrives to Totsuki. "BLUE" is one of the most authentic gastronomic tournaments for young chefs seeking fame. However, there's been a change to this year's system and themes are all out of ordinary!

S5E1Final Exams

The underground chefs are to show their culinary skills in order to prove how powerful they really are. One of the chosen chefs takes out a cookery tool which turns out to be a chaisaw!? Soma and others witness unusual yet undeniable skills of the underground chefs. Are there any ways to counter them!?
