Using a variety of fruits and vegetables, the competitors try to carve, peel, and slice their way to a $10,000 prize. The competitors face tough conditions as they carve their fruit in the sweltering Hawaiian heat, but the real test will be moving the final sculptures, which weigh upwards of 300 pounds.
