Series 1

This travelogue series sees former England cricket captain Freddie Flintoff living out his childhood fantasy of running a fish-and-chip shop. Joining him on the endeavour is extreme cyclist Rob Penn, whose adventures on bike include crossing the Trans-Amazonian Highway with Flintoff. With a mobile chippy fuelled on cooking fat, the duo make their way around the UK serving up the British favourite. Along the way, they find themselves in unusual environments, from magical forests to remote camping grounds, as they meet fish shop experts and learn the tricks of the trade. Their first stop is a Lancastrian chip shop found on the estate where Flintoff grew up.
