As Benjo survives after an attempt on his life, he vows to find out who orchestrated his assassination while continuing to carry out his responsibilities as the newly-elected governor of Magdiwang. Despite being in a position of power, Benjo still seems to play by the rules of the people who are more powerful than him. His job becomes more complicated with the presence of Emman, a hitman who is out to bring him down.

With Benjo's success, Angela's confidence in him rises that leads to his discovery of her vault which he believes contains all the evidence that he would need against the Triad.

Nov 30, 201926mAs Emman keeps an eye on Benjo's every move, he discovers Atty Alex's hiding place. Emman accidentally kills Atty. Alex, leaving Benjo in distress. The key to Benjo's escape plan is now dead. Trying to save as much of his original plan, Benjo realizes that if he can still win with Emman behind his back. Benjo attempts to conspire with Emman. He tries to convince Emman to work with him. Benjo plants a seed of doubt in Emman's mind. That he is worthless in the eyes of the Congressman. That in the end, he can easily be disposed like garbage. Initially, Emman does not have any reason to believe Benjo. Until an encounter with the Congressman makes Emman realize that there is truth in what Benjo is saying. Ultimately, this sways Emman's loyalty towards Benjo.
