He tries to make a living as a private investigator and business facilitator for Russian migrants, but finds himself entangled with organized crime. He may look like a killer, but he isn't one.

The "Russsian Mafia" in St. Petersburg suspects Victor ("Viki") and his ne'er do well lazy brother, Aleksei, are responsible for the fake/fatal heroin, and threaten both brothers, as well as Viki's girlfriend, Marja.
