Aug 4, 201949mToko Ikuta lost her parents in an accident at the age of 3, her uncle who runs a barber shop in Morioka took care of her. Now an adult, Toko wants to be an actress and tries to go to an audition in Tokyo. But the day before the audition, the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami hits Japan on March 11, 2011. Toko participated as a volunteer to rebuild Kesennuma with her friend Han, there she met a university student, Kiyotaka Shimizu.

Aug 11, 201949mVolunteers in Kesennuma were divided, Toko moved to Morioka and Kiyotaka returned to Tokyo. While working at the cafe with Han, she aims to become an actress with a stronger will than before, therefore she spends days striving for lessons. Kiyotaka decided to get a job at a major general trading company as expected by his family, but he os struggling to decide if his path was really right. In the meantime, the two of them who had been interacting with each other by e-mail or phone will strengthen their feelings.
