A small group of ordinary Australians are about to take part in one of the toughest military Selection Course's in the world. A physically, and psychologically gruelling 6 weeks that identifies candidates for the 1st and 2nd Commando Regiments.

After 4 initial days of intensive activity and challenges, the gruelling commando selection course has reached it's most difficult period. Demarcation. An intense 3 to 4 day period, within the selection course, that consist of extreme challenges.

Having survived the notoriously difficult Commando Selection course, the candidates have now been admitted into the Commando Reinforcement Training Cycle.

After nearly 10 months of complex and rigorous training the candidates are now approaching the final stages of the Commando Reinforcement Training Cycle. They are still not qualified Commandos. Today, the candidates will be tested on a combination of
