Alongside her sadness at Abi Hussein's condition and her confusion about Jidan and Salsya, not to mention her stress over the scholarship, Alif comes to ask for her hand in marriage.

It is a volatile situation, and potentially life-threatening. Fisya cannot bear to think of leaving Alif behind to grieve for her when death comes for her in the end.

It’s forbidden, especially now that he has transferred to another hospital. Alif will face all the consequences and carry the burden for the rest of his life if he's the one to perform the surgery – and fails. But as it turns out, miracles really do happen. Alif fights hard to keep hold of Fisya, and Fisya refuses to let fate take her away from the man she loves so dearly…
